I experienced an item missing out of the package. I called and was promptly answered and issue was fixed. Good costumer service as well as easy navigation of the website. I greatly appreciate that part. One item I was looking for they didn’t have. Oxyweld torch tips. But that’s not a common torch. Great experience.
